Yes. Once your booking is completed, we will send you a Lease Agreement and Credit Card Authorization form. Your reservation will only be officially confirmed after both documents are reviewed and signed.
A 100% deposit of the full room rate will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive a credit to use for a future stay within a calendar year. No-shows and early check outs will not be refunded.

We are happy to welcome your furry friends! We are dog friendly and offer pet amenities such as dog beds, water bowls and a welcome treat. Maximum of 1 dog per residence, unfortunately we do not permit cats or other pets. Our pet policy includes the following fees:

Ariva and its affiliates (“Ariva,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit any Ariva-owned websites and domains and the websites and domains of our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including ArivaLasVegas.com (collectively, the “Services”).
