Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive a credit to use for a future stay within a calendar year. No-shows and early check outs will not be refunded.

We are dog friendly and offer pet amenities such as dog beds, water bowls and a welcome treat. Maximum of 1 dog per residence. Unfortunately we do not permit cats or other pets.

Ariva and its affiliates (“Ariva,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit any Ariva-owned websites and domains and the websites and domains of our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including ArivaLasVegas.com (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes (i) how we use the information we collect, (ii) with whom we share it, (iii) how we protect it, and (iv) the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information. We are constantly working to improve our administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Where We Collect It From. We may collect personal information about you, meaning information that can uniquely identify you, from various sources, such as:

Automatic Collection. When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, is used to transmit information about actions of the user opening the page or email containing the beacon back to a web server. We may also use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about use of the Services and user traffic. We are based in the United States.
