Ariva Luxury Residences, a new 30-acre upscale development of apartment homes, has unveiled a collection of Serviced Residences for extended stays. Located in the south Las Vegas corridor just minutes from the Strip, a variety of unit sizes and configurations are available for stays from 31 days or more. Ariva Serviced Residences provide fully furnished and stocked units, including welcome amenity baskets and refrigerators filled with beverages and necessities.
Residences range in size from one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments to multi-bedroom penthouses. All open-concept residences come with fully equipped kitchens, and front-loading washers and dryers. Amenities include luxury bath products, smart TVs, coffee machines and high-end appliances. Kitchens are stocked with cookware, glassware and cutlery. Weekly housekeeping services are also available.
Guests can make use of nine indoor and outdoor resident lounges, in addition to three resort-style pools (two of which are heated), two spas, and a heated lap pool. The Great Lawn offers furnished cabanas, barbecue grills, picnic tables and an event stage allowing for live performances. Fire pits complemented by bistro-style lighting are ideal for socializing outdoors at night. Curated social event programming is also offered, besides a pet park.
Wellness offerings include a Zen Garden, ideal for meditation, adjacent to a yoga and cycling studio. Individual and group classes are offered in the large fitness center. Additional facilities include basketball and sand volleyball courts, a game room and a screening room with an entertainment bar.
Ariva’s Serviced Residence inventory includes executive one- and two-bedroom residences with separate offices outfitted with oversized desks, swivel chairs, dedicated printers and stationery supplies. These residences also have a sofa bed and adjoining bathroom. Additionally, a business center with 24-hour access is also available.

Ariva and its affiliates (“Ariva,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy.
