What is included in my stay?

What is the minimum stay?
A minimum stay of 31 days. A lease agreement and credit card authorization confirm your reservation.
How do the deposit and cancellations work?
A 100% deposit is charged at booking. Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund; within 30 days, you receive a credit for a future stay in the same calendar year.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes — one dog per residence. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. Cats and other pets are not permitted.
Is Ariva Serviced Residences family friendly?
Children of all ages are welcome. The property is smoke-free.

Ariva and its affiliates (“Ariva,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit any Ariva-owned websites and domains and the websites and domains of our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including ArivaLasVegas.com (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes (i) how we use the information we collect, (ii) with whom we share it, (iii) how we protect it, and (iv) the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information. We are constantly working to improve our administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Social media networks operate independently from Ariva, and we are not responsible for social media networks’ interfaces or privacy or security practices. Please refer to the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform or application to determine how you may manage the interactivity between Ariva and your social media account.
Automatic Collection. When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, is used to transmit information about actions of the user opening the page or email containing the beacon back to a web server. We may also use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about use of the Services and user traffic. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.
Opting Out of Text Messages: You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from “Ariva Serviced Residences” at any time. To opt out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
Consent and Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly, and you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
2. How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals.
Your web browser may let you choose your preference as to whether you want to allow the collection of information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services. At this time, the Services do not respond to the preferences you may have set in your web browser regarding such collection of your information, and the Services may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

9. Data Transfers.
We are based in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.
