Ariva Luxury Residences Scores Winning Partnerships With Aces & Raiders
News
It’s a slam dunk! Or a touchdown! (Depending on if you’re a football fan or a basketball fan!)
Ariva Luxury Residences and Ariva Serviced Residences have teamed up with the Las Vegas Aces and Las Vegas Raiders in an exciting new partnership that celebrates the intersection of sports, lifestyle, and luxury living in the Entertainment Capital of the World.
The collaboration highlights Ariva’s commitment to creating a vibrant community that connects residents to the energy and excitement of two of Sin City’s most iconic teams. From exclusive events to unique resident experiences, Ariva is scoring big on and off the court/field.
Ariva, a 30-acre luxury residential community in Las Vegas near Southern Highlands and Henderson, is designed to blend upscale living with resort-style amenities.
Offering modern one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses, Ariva features an array of amenities, including three pools, a fitness center, lounges, co-working spaces, and pet-friendly perks.
With Luxury Residences for long-term living and Serviced Residences for fully furnished extended stays longer than 31 days, Ariva creates a vibrant lifestyle that combines comfort, convenience, and connection in Las Vegas.
Sylvia Wong, director of WTI, Inc., and owner of Ariva Luxury Residences and Ariva Serviced Residences, told The 702 exclusively that the motivation behind partnering with the two popular Vegas teams has to do with a passion for providing more than just a luxury apartment.
“At Ariva, we’re passionate about more than just providing luxury apartments, we’re committed to creating a community where our residents feel connected, inspired and valued,” Wong said.
“Partnering with the Las Vegas Aces and Las Vegas Raiders was a natural fit because both organizations share our spirit of excellence, innovation and community. This collaboration goes beyond the excitement of the games themselves; it’s about giving our residents meaningful ways to engage with the city’s premier sports teams and to be part of something bigger than where they live.”
Through the partnerships, the hope is that residents feel “more connected to the excitement of Las Vegas’ professional sports scene and enjoy a true sense of community.”
“By offering special perks like watch parties, ticket giveaways to select Aces and Raiders home games and exclusive offers, we want residents to experience the thrill of being part of the action while also building lasting connections with their neighbors,” she continued. “This partnership is about sparking connection, pride, and shared memories right here at Ariva.”
In recent months, there have been watch parties for Aces games and Raiders games, as well as other events, such as fitness classes, game nights, wine tasting, and other fun gatherings so neighbors can connect.
Wong also explained that the collaborations with the Aces and Raiders “mirror” Ariva’s brand values, including a “relentless Commitment to Excellence, dedication to innovation, and passion for creating truly exceptional living experiences.”
“Just as these teams inspire their fans through performance and connection, we strive to inspire our residents through elevated amenities, thoughtful service, and opportunities that extend beyond the walls of their homes,” she said.
When talking about supporting women in sports, Wong explained that Ariva is proud to play a role through the partnership with the Aces.
“The team represents excellence, determination and progress, values that align closely with our own commitment to fostering a vibrant community and creating exceptional living experiences,” she explained.
“This collaboration is about more than basketball; it’s about celebrating female athletes, elevating their platform and providing our residents with unique opportunities to connect with and support the Aces both on and off the court.”
Ariva opened its doors to residents in 2023. Perfectly positioned near I-15 and all the action on the Strip, Ariva marks a “new era in Vegas living.” With one, two, and three bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses with 12-foot ceilings, Ariva offers resort-style living.
“Each apartment features modern floorplans with designer-curated finishes, high-end appliances, quartz countertops, luxury wood-look plank flooring, custom lighting, expansive energy-efficient windows, keyless entry locks and smart thermostats for a seamless, stylish lifestyle,” Wong shared.
“The resort-style experience continues throughout our 30-acre beautifully landscaped property with amenities that feature four pools, two spas, a state-of- the-art fitness center, a yoga & cycle studio, basketball & sand volleyball courts, indoor/outdoor resident lounges, a great lawn and event garden, outdoor firepits and barbeques, a theater lounge with an entertaining bar, a clubhouse with foosball and billiard tables, a conference room, a well-appointed business center and dedicated bike storage. Ariva Luxury Residences provides pet-friendly amenities on site for residents and their four-legged companions to enjoy.”
In 2024, Ariva unveiled it’s Serviced Residences for extended stays of 31 days or longer. These private apartment homes share the same luxuries and amenities long-term residents enjoy.
