Ariva Serviced Residences, the official luxury apartments of the Las Vegas Raiders, will expand to 75 units this spring.
Located close to the Las Vegas strip, the property is available for extended stays of 31 days or more.
The additional units will offer similar features as existing apartments, such as fully stocked kitchens with Nespresso coffee machine, a front-loading washer and dryer, as well as smart TVs, Frette linens, Matouk terry and Grown Alchemist bath products.
On-site amenities include a 24-hour access business centre, a fitness centre, a zen garden, four resort-style pools (three of which are heated), a newly-opened sky deck and lounge, a pet park and more.

Ariva and its affiliates (“Ariva,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit any Ariva-owned websites and domains and the websites and domains of our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including ArivaLasVegas.com (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes (i) how we use the information we collect, (ii) with whom we share it, (iii) how we protect it, and (iv) the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information. We are constantly working to improve our administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Where We Collect It From. We may collect personal information about you, meaning information that can uniquely identify you, from various sources, such as:

Social media networks operate independently from Ariva, and we are not responsible for social media networks’ interfaces or privacy or security practices. Please refer to the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform or application to determine how you may manage the interactivity between Ariva and your social media account.
Automatic Collection. When you use the Services, we may also collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag, or clear GIF, is used to transmit information about actions of the user opening the page or email containing the beacon back to a web server. We may also use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about use of the Services and user traffic. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.
Opting Out of Text Messages: You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from “Ariva Serviced Residences” at any time. To opt out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
Consent and Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly, and you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
2. How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals.
Your web browser may let you choose your preference as to whether you want to allow the collection of information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services. At this time, the Services do not respond to the preferences you may have set in your web browser regarding such collection of your information, and the Services may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

We are based in the United States.
